Returns & Exchanges

At Kiwi & Co, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached and free from signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
